Welcome to anyWR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual reality application ("App") and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our App.

User Eligibility:

1. Account Creation:

Some features of our App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

 

2. License and App Usage

2.1 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use anyWR for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions: You agree not to:

(a) Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from anyWR;

(b) Use anyWR for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes;

(c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of anyWR or the data contained therein;

(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to anyWR, user accounts, or computer systems connected to anyWR; or

(e) Use anyWR in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers or networks.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in anyWR and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) are owned by or licensed to us. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3.2 Use of Company Materials: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

 

4. User Content

4.1 User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on anyWR ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it on anyWR, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

 

5. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF anyWR. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH anyWR IS TO STOP USING IT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes through our App or by other means.
